  • I will use positive reinforcement training methods, my knowledge of Canine behaviour and building a trust based relationship to help both dogs and their owners.
  • I promote force free training methods and reject methods and equipment that may cause physical or mental discomfort.
  • I will commit to ongoing learning and professional development to stay informed of all the latest research, techniques and best practice in dog training and behaviour modification.
  • I will treat each dog as an individual, respecting their unique needs, abilities, and limitations. I will also show respect and empathy towards their owners, listening attentively to their concerns and goals.
  • I will give dog owners the knowledge and skills they need to build strong, positive relationships with their dogs, providing them with practical training techniques and educational resources.
  • I will respect the privacy policy and the data protection act. I will not disclose any information pertaining to my clients or their dog without the client’s written permission.
  • I will uphold high standards of professionalism in all my interactions, including being punctual, reliable, and respectful towards clients and the public.
